Jürgen Latki was born and raised in Germany. In 2002 he came to Arvidsjaur for the first time with some of his friends to do a snowmobile safari. He fell in love with the awesome nature around Arvidsjaur directly and bought the lodge building in 2004. He renovated it by himself and the lodge opened in the beginning just for him and his friends who wanted to do snowmobile tours. The hotel grew steadily and in 2014 the new hotel part was built.
Maren is the good soul of the Lapland Lodge. She organizes everything around here!
Simply put: Without her, the lodge wouldn’t work.
Yvonne is our receptionist, activity and finance manager. Questions? Ask her!
If she doesn’t have an answer there probably isn’t one.
Usa is the housekeeping manager. She organises the cleaning stuff and she takes care of keeping the Lapland Lodge neat and tidy.
Oli guides you on snowmobile tours and other outdoor activities. In summer you can also find him at the reception.

Sue is our multi-talent: she prepares delicious meals in the kitchen and brings Lapland closer to our guests when guiding different kinds of activities.
Oli helps wherever you need him; as guide, transfer driver or behind the bar.
Some say HE is the lead guitarist from ZZ-Top. All we know is: Chances of getting lost are NIL when keeping up with him.
